1. Return Policy

• Returns are not accepted under normal circumstances.
• Returns are only accepted if the product delivered is:
• Damaged
• Defective
• Incorrect (wrong item received)
• Customers must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery.
• Valid proof (photo/video) is mandatory for return approval.

2. Return Conditions

• The product must be unused and in original packaging.
• All tags, accessories, and invoices must be intact.
• Returns without proof or after 48 hours will not be accepted.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
• If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

• Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.
• Requests made after 48 hours of delivery.
• Products without proper proof of damage or issue.

5. Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

6. Important Note

• MIM Gallery reserves the right to approve or reject any return/refund request.
• In case of disputes, our decision will be final.
