At MIM Gallery, we aim to provide the best quality products and customer satisfaction. Please read our Exchange Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Exchange Eligibility

  • Customers can request an exchange within 5 days of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
  • The product should be in the same condition as delivered.

2. Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is applicable only for size issues, wrong product, or damaged/defective items.
  • Exchange requests must be supported with valid proof (photo/video).
  • All exchange requests are subject to approval after verification.

3. Non-Eligible Cases

  • Products that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition.
  • Requests made after 5 days of delivery.
  • Items without original packaging or missing tags.

4. Exchange Process

  • Contact us via email or phone within 5 days of receiving your order.
  • Share your order details along with proof (images/videos).
  • Once approved, we will guide you through the exchange process.

5. Availability

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
  • If the requested product is not available, alternative options may be provided.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges for exchange may apply depending on the reason for exchange.
  • If the exchange is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost.

7. Important Note

  • Exchange is a one-time process per order.
  • MIM Gallery reserves the right to refuse exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
